Past Events

Girl Power
The theme of the event was 'Girl Power,' where we celebrated Women Empowerment through mediums of Art like Fashion, Dance and Live Singing. In Fashion, we showed that women are more than just pretty—they’re strong and full of substance. Our models nailed the balance of cute and bold, thanks to a talented fashion designer and makeup artist.
We also highlighted women’s physical strength with a mix of Martial Arts and Contemporary dance, featuring some amazing dancers. Two powerhouse singers performed live, proving women have a voice and their opinions matter.
The event also featured a pop-up of 10 female entrepreneurs with small businesses. We had around 150 people attend over the course of 4 hours!

Celebration of Japanese Culture through Anime, Manga, Shodo and Obi
We celebrated Japanese culture with a focus on Anime, Manga, Shodo, and Obi, promoting a talented Shodo artist and a female entrepreneur who creates beautiful products from Japanese Obi. To give these artists maximum exposure, we offered guests the chance to have their favorite anime or manga quote written by the Shodo artist as a meaningful souvenir. This not only helped create a fun interaction between the artists and attendees but also brought in a diverse crowd of 40 people, from Shodo enthusiasts to anime fans.
We also organized a live Shodo performance where the artist created artwork on Obi, showcasing both the artist’s and the Obi designer’s work in a unique and engaging way.

Wine and Chocolate Tasting:
We promoted a wine shop, a Jordanian wine brand, a café / chocolate shop and a painter in this event.
We organized 3 fun drinking games which resulted in tasting of 10-15 different types of wines, then we organized a tasting of chocolates and desserts and last, a fun Scavenger hunt of beautifully painted wine bottles (which made for table lamps or a showpiece) was organized in collaboration with an artist thereby creating an opportunity for the customers to scan the entire wine shop through this fun activity.

Date night:
As the name suggests we planned a Date Night for couples and friends, where at first the participants learned the basics of Contemporary Dancing followed by a 3 course meal prepared by the Chef. During the candle lit dinner, products of the home decor store were incorporated to serve the food thereby promoting the dancer, chef and home decor brand via an enjoyable, romantic experience.

International Night - Musubi 「結び」 meets Cheese Fondue:
We promoted a small business that made a variety of cheese, organic snacks, organic juice and pickles, and a Calligrapher in this event.
We organized Cheese Fondue Tasting at first followed by an art activity which was then personalized by the Calligrapher, thereby creating interactive opportunities between the participants and the businesses and allowing the participants to have firsthand experience of the product and service.

Yoga & Margaritas :
We promoted a Yoga / Chakra dance instructor, an Acapella Band, a Japanese urban clothing brand and a bread shop in this event. The theme here was 'Feel Good' that tied all these diverse elements together creating a very unique and 'feel good' experience for the participants.

Porcelain & Ceramic Art Workshop:
We showcased both a Ceramist and a Porcelain Artist in this event. Participants had the opportunity to create their own one-of-a-kind artwork, guided by the Porcelain Artist, on ceramic pieces crafted by the Ceramist. This not only provided a unique experience for the participants but also highlighted the Ceramist's creations and the Porcelain Artist's expertise.
